The Box Hill Miniature Railway is one of our community’s quiet treasures — a volunteer‑run railway that has been delighting families for decades. Operated by passionate enthusiasts, it offers beautifully maintained miniature trains, a welcoming atmosphere, and a place where children and adults alike can experience the joy of rail in a hands‑on way. It’s a wonderful example of community spirit in action, and we’re proud to have it as part of the fabric of Box Hill.
